More questions & answersNo. Founding membership is £11.99 a month or £99 a year (£19.99 and £191 after the first 500), excluding VAT, and you can pause or cancel any time from your account. Your member rate applies to everything you use while you’re active.
You can browse every stay and perk without one. Requesting a stay, redeeming a perk or revealing a booking code needs an active, ID-verified membership: that’s what gets you the member rates and the perks in every hub.
Cape Town is live now. Mexico City, Medellín and Rio open in 2027, and Lisbon and Barcelona in 2028. Your membership works in every hub, with no extra fee.
Open the perk in the app and swipe Redeem at the café, gym, restaurant or experience. Then book with the partner’s code or show your member card, and pay the member rate: nothing to claim back.
Every stay is visited by our team before it’s listed. We check Wi‑Fi speed, workspace, noise and the neighbourhood so you don’t have to.
